Emanuel Wagner is a seasoned hydrogen and clean energy expert with over 15 years of experience. Based in Washington, DC, he currently leads Palamedes Strategies, providing services to advance hydrogen and fuel cell industries.
Previously, he spearheaded new hydrogen project developments at WGL, supporting a $1.25B Mid-Atlantic Hydrogen Hub application. Emanuel also served as Deputy Director of the California Hydrogen Business Council, where he grew membership significantly and increased revenue.
He has a strong background in political science, holding a master’s degree from Potsdam University.
